However, the new Bairim magnificent concept yacht by Timon Sager stays unique from other yacht designs. The elegant lines of the Bairim yacht are certainly sound enough to make the affluent crave for one. This luxury yacht features a no-resistance design, which has been hydro-dynamically optimized for it to move fast via rough waters. It features a stairway behind the yacht for trouble-free access both in and out of the water. State-of-the-art comfort features together with floor-to-ceiling windows over the port and starboard sides improve the stunning and polished interior of Bairim. The graceful wooden deck opens up to the interior with the center stairway leading you towards the water. Bairim is a dazing submarine designed to move quite fast in rough waters.

Robotic Police Assistants to Revolutionize the Future of Law Enforcement

While the most favorite superhero RoboCop needed a car to get to the crime spot, C.R.A.B. robot is an all-in-one solution for the safety of future civilization featuring a superb combination of a patrol police officer, armed guard and a patrol police vehicle without the need of a driver.

The key goal of the concept was to revolutionize the nature of policing through artificial intelligence and advanced robotics. This spider like robot concept features six mechanical legs, making it able to travel over rough and uneven terrains, and incorporates next-generation armor protection and weaponry to ensure maximum efficiency of the future police force. Incorporating hydraulics beneath the body enables the robot to adjust its height as and when required to have a visual over a barrier. The robot is going through its development process for last 12 years conducted by mega-corporation Omni Consumer Products and weapon manufacturer Dalton/Stanley which would be the first step of robotics in the field of future defense system.

CONCEPT LG FINESTRA

Concept LG Finestra, created by Japanese designer studio Kairi Eguchi Design. It consists of three parts – the transparent screen, smart phone and a docking station to connect each other. Smartphone battery is charged from a docking station and simultaneously displays the icons for it to work with social services.

The smartphone is equipped with a laser projector that creates a virtual keyboard below the display on any surface. Concept LG Finestra was the winner in the contest LG Mobile Design Competition 2011.
